Knee Pain

The knee is a complex joint that is more likely than any other joint in the body to be injured.

There are many causes of knee pain such as overuse of the knee area, a fall during sport, a trip or stumble around the house or a jolt or slip at work. Knee joints also suffer from the wear and tear type symptoms, such as patellar tracking issues, osteoarthritis, baker’s cysts and ITB friction syndrome.
